App Privacy Policy

Who we are

LinkSeed Ai (“LinkSeed,” “we,” “us”) provides a mobile workspace for real-estate and service businesses to manage clients, approvals, Personal Assistants, and day-to-day operations.

What data we collect

Depending on how you use LinkSeed, we may process:

Account: name, email, organization membership and role (owner / admin / staff / viewer).
Business content you enter: clients, leads, notes, deals, appointments, approvals, team invites, review drafts, and related messages you send to LinkSeed Personal Assistants in-app.
Device & push: push notification tokens, approximate device type, crash/diagnostic logs needed to keep the app reliable.
Billing status (read-only in-app): plan status and invoice/payment status labels returned from our servers. Payment card numbers are handled by Stripe; LinkSeed does not store full card numbers in the app.
Integrations you connect: Google Calendar event metadata you choose to sync; Google review text you choose to track. We do not scrape private accounts without your connection.

We do not sell personal information. Demo / App Review builds use obviously sample fixtures (for example “Dana”) and do not contact real people.

Why we process data

Provide the product you signed up for (workspace, approvals, Personal Assistants, calendar, reviews tracker).
Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce role-based access.
Send notifications you enable (leads, approvals, signings, Personal Assistant replies).
Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations when billing is enabled.
Improve reliability using aggregated diagnostics.

Retention

Account and workspace data: kept while your organization is active.
After account deletion is requested in-app: we schedule deletion of personal account data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, security, or billing disputes (kept only as long as required).
Leads marked possible spam are retained and labeled, never silently deleted, so owners can confirm or mark them real.
Backups: rotated on a limited schedule and then purged.

Account deletion

Request account deletion in Settings → Delete account. After you request deletion we schedule removal of personal account data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, security, or billing disputes (kept only as long as required). You may also email [email protected] to request deletion.

Sharing

We share data only with:

Infrastructure processors (for example Supabase hosting, push providers, Stripe for billing status) under contract.
You and your teammates inside your organization, according to roles.
Authorities when required by law.

Personal Assistant routines that draft emails, posts, or reminders stay behind your Approvals tap unless you approve them. The mobile app does not embed Stripe secret keys or Personal Assistant webhook secrets.

Your choices

Update profile and notification preferences in Settings.
Disconnect calendar or review integrations when available.
Request account deletion in Settings → Delete account.

Children

LinkSeed is built for business users age 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update this policy and the in-app Privacy screen when we publish changes.
