This Privacy Policy explains how Vernon Enterprise One, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as LinkSeed Ai ("LinkSeed," "we," "us"), handles information when you visit linkseed.ai, contact us, sign up, or become a client.

Information we collect

What you send us. When you fill out our sign-up, intake, or contact forms, or email or call us, we receive what you share, such as your name, email, phone, business or brokerage name, the plan you choose, and details about how you work.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by LinkSeed. We receive a record of the payment, such as the amount, date, and plan.
Client data. If you become a client, we may access information you provide or authorize while we set up and support your personal Ai assistants, such as information about your customers, leads, listings, and transactions. You own that data.
Basic website data. Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) may process standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up your service, and provide and support your personal Ai assistants.
To bill you and keep required business records, such as invoices and signed agreements.
To send you service messages, such as onboarding steps and monthly updates.

We use client data only to provide the services you signed up for and only within the access you authorize.

What we never do

We never have your passwords. We never ask for passwords by email or text. Any login a personal Ai assistant needs is saved in the vault in your own account, and you approve that access yourself.
We never sell, rent, or license your information.
We never use your clients, leads, listings, contacts, or deal details for anyone else. Each client's accounts, files, and notes are kept separate.
Nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval. Our Personal Ai assistants draft, and you approve.
We keep your material out of Ai training wherever a tool lets us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and deliver the services, such as Stripe (payments), FormSubmit (form delivery to our email), Google Workspace (email and files), Cloudflare (website hosting), and the Ai platform your assistants run on, and with subcontractors bound by written confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Third-party services

Your personal Ai assistants run in your own Grok Bot account, and you may connect your own email, calendar, storage, and other tools. Those companies handle your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

We keep information while you are a client or while we are talking with you about becoming one. When a client's service ends, within 30 days we help disconnect the personal Ai assistants we set up, confirm we have no remaining access, and delete our copies of your data, except records we are required by law to keep. Data inside your own accounts stays with you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects your data. Please keep your own accounts secure and turn on two-step login for any account connected to a personal Ai assistant.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. You can also ask us to stop sending you non-essential messages at any time.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell current clients about material changes.
